From pregnancy through early childhood, Welcome Baby: Road to Resilience provides free, personalized support for Yolo County families. Our team partners with healthcare providers and community organizations to connect families with the right support at the right time.

Who Can Participate?

  • Are pregnant or have a child under 2 years of age
  • Live in Yolo County

What We Offer

Every family’s journey is different. Our services are tailored to meet your family’s unique needs. Our caring team includes nurses, clinicians, parent coaches, and other professionals dedicated to supporting families. Meet Our Team

Pregnancy Support

Our team can help you:

  • Prepare for your baby’s arrival
  • Connect with healthcare and community resources
  • Navigate benefits and local services
  • Find support for food, housing, transportation, and other needs

After Baby Arrives

After your baby is born, a registered nurse visits you at home to:

  • Check on the health of both parent and baby
  • Provide breastfeeding and infant feeding support
  • Answer questions about newborn care
  • Screen for health concerns
  • Connect your family with additional services when needed

Ongoing Support

Families who would benefit from additional support may be offered longer-term home visiting services that include:

  • Support your child’s healthy growth and development
  • Strengthen parent-child relationships
  • Help you reach goals that are important to your family
  • Connect you with healthcare, community resources, and mental health support
