What We Offer

Pregnancy Support
Our team can help you:
- Prepare for your baby’s arrival
- Connect with healthcare and community resources
- Navigate benefits and local services
- Find support for food, housing, transportation, and other needs
After Baby Arrives
After your baby is born, a registered nurse visits you at home to:
- Check on the health of both parent and baby
- Provide breastfeeding and infant feeding support
- Answer questions about newborn care
- Screen for health concerns
- Connect your family with additional services when needed
Ongoing Support
Families who would benefit from additional support may be offered longer-term home visiting services that include:
- Support your child’s healthy growth and development
- Strengthen parent-child relationships
- Help you reach goals that are important to your family
- Connect you with healthcare, community resources, and mental health support
