1. Welcome Baby: Road to Resilience (select services)
First 5 Yolo is seeking a qualified agency to join the Welcome Baby: Road to Resilience Initiative as a direct service provider for select Welcome Baby: Road to Resilience Services (WB:R2R). WBR2R is an system transformation effort that provides early, trauma-informed support to pregnant persons and caregivers/parents of young children throughout Yolo County. WB:R2R integrates health and social services to create a seamless system of early identification, screening, and support for families during the critical prenatal and postpartum period and the earliest years of a child’s life. Complete responses are due, via email, by December 12, 2025 at 5:00pm. Late or incomplete responses will be disqualified.

1. Event Sponsorship
First 5 Yolo is proud to help sponsor local events, trainings, and activities that focus on young children and families, and that align with First 5 Yolo’s Mission, Strategic Plan, Guiding Principles, and Priority Areas. Sponsorship requests of up to $250 will be considered toward support of the following types of activities that are offered in Yolo County: Community Events, Professional Development/Trainings, Family Education Events, and Fundraising Events.
Starting on July 1,2017, applications may be returned via email to First 5 Yolo, as noted in the policy.
