First 5 Yolo’s staff members are dedicated to serving the needs of our county’s youngest residents through direct services and systems change efforts.


Gina Daleiden – Executive Director

As Executive Director, Gina is responsible for the highest level of administration and management of the organization, coordination with First 5 CA and the First 5 Association, and works with the Commission to carry out the mission of First 5 Yolo.

As QCC Program Officer, Fawn is responsible for the coordination and administration of First 5 Yolo’s lead agency role for the IMPACT 2020 early learning initiative in Yolo County.

Sarah Lin Hartman, PhD – Systems Integration and Implementation Officer

As Systems Improvement Officer, Sarah is responsible for improving the coordination of local early child development and healthcare systems, birth equity evaluation and analysis, and maternal health advocacy as a part of First 5 Yolo’s home visiting coordination initiative.
