First 5 Yolo’s staff members are dedicated to serving the needs of our county’s youngest residents through direct services and systems change efforts.


Gina Daleiden – Executive Director

The Executive Director is responsible for the highest level of administration and management of the organization, coordination with First 5 CA and the First 5 Association, and works with the Commission to carry out the mission of First 5 Yolo.

The QCC Program Officer is responsible for the coordination and administration of First 5 Yolo’s lead agency role for the IMPACT 2020 early learning initiative in Yolo County.

The Systems Improvement Officer is responsible for improving the coordination and administration of local early child development programs and agencies as a part of First 5 Yolo’s home visiting coordination initiative.
