The American Rescue Plan (ARP) is a flexible Federal funding stream intended to address COVID-19 impacts and recovery at the local level.

First 5 Yolo is concerned with the proven long-term impacts of early childhood adversity on physical and mental health, brain development, and school readiness and the very real risk that shorter-term pandemic impacts will deepen disparities for those disproportionately impacted.
